Deck Project In Greenwich, CT
We completely demo'd an existing wooden deck and built a brand new 12 x 16 deck with Trex decking. We added a gate and lattice per the homeowner's request. We can't wait to see what the she does with landscaping, lighting and fixtures!

Window Replacement in Bridgeport, CT
We completed several projects for this Bridgeport homeowner (check out her new front porch!). Her old window was damaged and drafty. We installed a new picture window by Pella and updated the trim.
Siding Project in Seymour, CT
This quaint ranch-style home was in dire need of a face lift! We installed Certainteed vinyl siding over a Polar Wrap vapor barrier, a material that helps reduce air filtration and insulates the wood studs, eliminating energy transfer points that erode the comfort of the home. This wrap even reduces noise transmission into the home. The BreatheEZ house wrap, installed under the Polar Wrap, helps to reduce air leaks, sheds water and helps to create a healthier, more energy-efficient home.
A dark kitchen gets a bright new life
This kitchen was dark and lacked any real charm, which were two issues the homeowner wanted to resolve. A big challenge for us was the plumbing--piping needed to be relocated for the dishwasher. However, we worked through it and designed the kitchen for a better work flow by eliminating the U shaped counter space and adding a center island, which gave the homeowners much needed storage space and prep area. Modern pendant lights were installed above the island for added task lighting and a chic glass tile backsplash and pendants over the sink complements the look. A new tile floor was installed as well as new cabinetry from Fabuwood. We replaced a broken window in the dining room with a new, energy-efficient Pella window and refreshed the entire space with a new coat of paint. The result is a stunningly bright, beautiful kitchen!
